• Palmilla Natural Pool, also known in Spanish as the Piscina Natural de Palmilla, is one of the most iconic stops on the way to Isla Saona in the Dominican Republic. Located within the Parque Nacional Cotubanamá, this shallow sandbank in the middle of the Caribbean Sea is famous for its calm, crystal-clear turquoise waters and abundance of starfish.
