How to Access Special Partner Prices

Getting your partner discount in three steps

Step 1: Get the partner link from your host or hotel

Ask your hotel concierge, front desk, or Airbnb host for the Mamajuana Travel partner link or QR code. You'll typically find it on a welcome card in your room, the concierge desk, your Airbnb welcome message, or a QR code posted in common areas.

Step 2: Click the link or scan the QR code

You're taken to a special version of the Mamajuana Travel tour catalog showing your discounted prices. A banner confirms that partner pricing is active for your session.

Step 3: Book normally

Browse tours, select your date and group size, and check out as usual. The partner discount is applied automatically — you'll see the reduced total before paying. No promo code needed.

What if I closed the browser?

Return to the partner link or rescan the QR code to reactivate your discount. The pricing is tied to your browsing session.

I booked without the link — can I get the discount retroactively?

Contact support within 48 hours of booking with your reference number and partner property name. We'll review your case.
