Two hours of pure adrenaline on an ATV just 45 minutes from Santo Domingo — cross river after river and natural springs, ride jungle-forest trails to La Cortina dam and the meeting of two rivers, then swim at a river balneario. Helado criollo & yaniqueque at the ranch. Pickup & water included.
Your guide picks you up at your hotel or an agreed meeting point in Santo Domingo in an air-conditioned vehicle.
A short 45-minute drive brings you to the ranch on the gateway to the Cibao. You receive your helmet and safety gear and a full briefing before hitting the trails.
Fire up your ATV and set off on a wet, non-stop ride, crossing river after river and splashing through crystal-clear natural springs (manantiales).
Tear along dense jungle-forest trails lined with cacao plantations and native trees — the real Dominican backcountry.
Pause at La Cortina, a striking water dam framed by the green hills that mark the entrance to the Cibao — one of the most scenic points on the route into the north.
Reach the confluence where two rivers meet — a unique natural spot and a perfect photo stop.
