Important terms for special partner pricing
Eligibility
- Special pricing is only available to guests of the partner property that provided the link or QR code.
- The discount is personal and cannot be transferred or shared with non-guests of the property.
Discount validity
- Partner discounts are applied at booking time via the partner link. They cannot be applied retroactively (except within the 48-hour review window).
- Discount rates may change. The rate displayed when you click the link is the rate that applies to your booking.
Booking and cancellation
- All standard booking and cancellation policies apply to special pricing bookings.
- Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed at the discounted price paid, not the standard price.
Combinability
- Partner discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes or other referral offers.
- Group discounts (10+ travelers) may apply separately — contact us for a group quote.
Tour availability
- Not all tours may be available at a discount through every partner. The partner link shows which tours are eligible.
