What Payment Methods Are Accepted

Accepted payment methods on Mamajuana Travel
We offer flexible payment options so you can book with confidence regardless of your preference.
PayPal (online payment)
The primary online payment method is PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance, a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express / AMEX, Discover), or a debit card. You do not need a PayPal account — you can pay as a guest with your card through PayPal's secure interface.
Accepted card brands
Through PayPal we accept all major credit and debit card brands:
- Visa (credit and debit, including Visa Electron)
- Mastercard (credit and debit, including Maestro)
- American Express (also referred to as Amex or AMEX)
- Discover
If your bank issued the card under a different brand, it will typically still be processed through PayPal under one of the four networks above. We do not currently accept wire transfers, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, Zelle, or other payment apps for online bookings.
Pay on Arrival (cash)
On select tours, you can reserve with no upfront payment and pay in cash at pickup. We accept US Dollars (USD) (preferred) and Dominican Pesos (DOP) at the current bank exchange rate.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All transactions are processed through PayPal's encrypted system. We never store your card details. PayPal's Buyer Protection applies to eligible transactions.
Currency
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). PayPal handles currency conversion automatically.
Receipts
After a PayPal payment you receive a receipt from PayPal and a booking confirmation from Mamajuana Travel. Contact support if you need a formal invoice.
