Mamajuana Travel refund and cancellation policy

We want every traveler to feel confident booking with us. Our policy is straightforward and fair.

Free cancellation window

Cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. No cancellation fees within this window.

Late cancellations (under 24 hours)

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure are generally non-refundable. We review emergencies individually — contact us if your situation warrants an exception.

No-shows

If you do not show up without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Tour cancelled by Mamajuana Travel

If we cancel your tour for any reason (weather, safety, operator availability), you receive a full refund. We also offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund processing

Mamajuana processes your refund immediately upon approval. The refund appears in your account within 7 to 15 business days. This timeline depends on your payment provider (PayPal) and your bank's processing times.

Pay on Arrival bookings

Since no payment was collected, cancellations in time result in no charge. Notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
