How Long Refunds Take to Process

Refund timelines explained
Once your cancellation is approved, we initiate your refund within 1 business day and you'll receive a refund confirmation email.
PayPal processing by payment method
- PayPal balance: Usually instant or within 1 business day after our initiation.
- Credit card: 3–5 business days for PayPal to reverse the charge, then 2–7 additional business days for your card issuer.
- Debit card: 5–10 business days total.
Total expected timeline
In most cases, the complete refund process from approval to funds in your account takes 7 to 15 business days.
What if it hasn't arrived after 15 business days?
- Check your PayPal account for a completed refund transaction.
- Check with your bank — refunds sometimes appear without a specific notification.
- Contact us with your booking reference and we will investigate immediately.
Pay on Arrival
Cash payments are refunded in cash immediately on-site if we cancel your tour after you've arrived.
